Just know that every email you send, every idea you test, every connection you make — it all counts. These small, consistent steps are what build momentum and set you up for the big victories that are coming in 2025!

But here’s the thing: if you’re only celebrating the big stuff, it’s easy to feel stuck or like you’re not making progress. Anyone else felt that in 2024? I sure have.

But when you stop to acknowledge the small wins (landing a new client, improving your workflow, learning something new) it gives you a boost to keep going.

So here’s your reminder:

• Look back at your week and find the little wins. (I’ve got mine … just two)

• Celebrate them! Share them, write them down, or do something fun to mark the moment. (I’m getting better at this)

• Keep showing up every day, because those small steps are taking you somewhere big. (I’m believing for it!)
