RR vs. BB
I pitched five ideas on last week’s FWI call, encouraging people to focus on creating multiple income streams. My ideas aren't exactly raging rivers. They’re actually more like little, babbling brooks.
But when you combine them, they merge into something bigger, similar to a river! *me below in the flow 〰️
IDEAS ARE A DIME A DOZEN
As creators and entrepreneurs, we get ideas every day - that’s the easy part. But when you give your ideas legs and decide to act on them, that’s when the magic (and money) really happens!
One idea I shared came from a problem I’ve run into many times at music concerts. When I check out the artist’s merch tent, the selection is always underwhelming. I know others feel the same way.
So, I thought of a solution -- a merchandise platform specifically for music artists who want to boost their merch sales. Selling shirts, hats, and hoodies not only brings in extra money but also turns fans into walking billboards for their brand across the globe.
This idea has been rattling around in my head for years, and it’s just stayed there. To finally give it some legs, I reached out to a few musicians (see my DM below) and set up a 'How can Brent pull this off?' Zoom call in a couple of weeks. I’ve invited those with an inside perspective to help me understand the challenges and opportunities I might face.
Now, with four artists already agreeing to join the call, it feels like more than just an idea - it feels like a real possibility!
