I Asked 20 Young CEOs the Same Question - Now I’m Asking You.

Last week, I walked through a local business expo where 20 high school students showcased the companies they built through their CEO Entrepreneur Class project.

Let me tell you—I was blown away!

These young founders stood proudly at their booths, pitching products, sharing brand stories, and dreaming big about their futures. As I spoke with each of them, I couldn’t help but think, "Man, if I had this opportunity back in high school, maybe I could’ve skipped the college debt mountain and launched into business a whole lot earlier."

Every student I met had vision, passion, and a plan to work their magic and own their future -- not just professionally, but personally too. So impressive.

After affirming and encouraging their journeys, I asked them the same question I ask every entrepreneur, creator, and business owner I meet:

"What’s the biggest challenge you face on a daily basis in your business?"

Without hesitation, each student could pinpoint their "one thing."
Not surprisingly, it's the same story I hear from seasoned entrepreneurs, too.

Whether it’s pricing, sales strategy, customer acquisition, managing overwhelm, or figuring out how to use AI tools effectively -- every business owner has that one problem they think about constantly.

And when they share it with me, I do my level best to listen, brainstorm, and offer a new perspective. Because sometimes all it takes is one conversation to get unstuck.
