Although he didn’t include Mental Wealth, which I talked about last week, I appreciate what James Clear says here:


You can’t enjoy wealth if you’re not in good health.
"So many spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health."
Let’s head into the fall and holiday season strong! Focus on improving these three areas, and 2025 will be your healthiest, wealthiest year yet—bank on it!
🚶🏻♀️➡️ Exercise Regularly: Stay active with a mix of cardio, strength training, and stretching to keep your body strong and healthy.
*ME: I get 10k steps in daily and it’s made all the difference.
🥦 Eat Well: Focus on a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats to nourish your body.
*ME: I’ve cut back (mostly out) on sweets and my body is thanking me.
🛌 Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of good sleep each night to help your body recover and stay energized.
*ME: It’s closer to 6, but I’m actually napping to make up ground.
