Q4 WHAT’S IN STORE

I was reminded of something I often forget … and surprisingly, it happened at a high school homecoming coronation of all places.

One of the candidates shared this quote as advice for underclassmen:

You’re getting this a day earlier than usual because it’s October 1, the start of the fourth quarter (Q4). Just like in football, the game isn’t over just yet.

I’m hard on myself, maybe too hard. I often get caught up in missed opportunities and mistakes instead of focusing on the possibilities and second chances ahead. I want to change that, and I encourage you to do the same. Here are 3 steps to let go of the past and finish your year strong:

1️⃣ Reflect & Adjust: Check your goals. What worked? What needs changing? Don’t hesitate to tweak your strategy for a strong finish.

2️⃣ Prioritize Revenue: Focus on activities that boost growth and make money. Spend your time on what truly matters to increase those numbers.

3️⃣ Strengthen Relationships: Collaborate and connect with others. Building strong partnerships is key to long-term success. Networking is a big focus for me these next 90 days.
