  1. BECOME “UNAVAILABLE”  🫥

    I block off Wednesdays where I take no meetings, minimize chats and hide my phone. Dedicate ONE day each week to crucial tasks requiring your undivided attention. It’s CEO time, baby – time to act the part.

  2. REVIEW KEY DATES 🔍

    Start the year with clarity by reviewing your Q1 calendar (I shared with you my “BIG A## CALENDAR” two weeks ago that I use to look at my entire year). Check each day for scheduled events and the necessary prep leading up to these opportunities. Your calendar is your compass in 2024.

  3. TIDY YOUR INBOX 🧹

    Spending 20 minutes each day in December decluttering your inbox will pay off handsomely come January 1. Unsubscribe from distractions, organize folders for client work, contractor conversations, and more. A clear inbox leads to focus and efficiency.

  4. ASSESS FINANCES 📊

    Money matters. Remember, it’s not a hobby … it’s your business. Take time to review your financial ins and outs. Check the money you've set aside against what you expect to earn. Fix any differences or budgets that don't look good before starting Q1 and lead with confidence.

  5. PRIORITIZE CONNECTIONS 👥

    Beyond productivity, be sure to prioritize self-care. When you’re grinding, it’s easy to feel and become disconnected (I know this all too well) … even from yourself. As you gear up to tackle your 2024 goals, ensure you've got a consistent, supportive network around you, like Five Words In.
